Hindi Movies Online - 2

I got more than 10 emails asking me to *upload* their favorite movies online, after I posted “Hindi Movies Online - 1″. Guys, FYI, I didn’t upload any of the movies I listed. The same goes for this one as well as any future posts on this topic. I am just listing what I find in the online video sites.

This time, I am listing the following (new!) movies:

Jodha Akbar

Plot:

Jodhaa Akbar is a sixteenth century love story about a marriage of alliance that gave birth to true love between a great Mughal emperor, Akbar, and a Rajput princess, Jodhaa. Political success knew no bounds for Emperor Akbar (Hrithik Roshan). After having secured the Hindu Kush, he furthered his realm by conquest until his empire extended from Afghanistan to the Bay of Bengal, and from the Himalayas to the Godavari River. Through a shrewd blend of diplomacy, intimidation and brute force , Akbar won the allegiance of the Rajputs. But little did Akbar know that when he married Jodhaa (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan), a fiery Rajput princess, in order to further strengthen his relations with the Rajputs, he would in turn be embarking upon a new journey – the journey of true love. The daughter of King Bharmal of Amer, Jodhaa resented being reduced to a mere political pawn in this marriage of alliance, and Akbar’s biggest challenge now did not merely lie in winning battles, but in winning the love of Jodhaa – a love hidden deep below resentment and extreme prejudice. Aaja Nachle

Plot:

Aaja Nachle is about a women’s journey back to her hometown to teach the importance of art and artifacts, rekindling lost relationships and bringing back to life the theatre where she learnt the lessons of life, love and dance. Dia Srivastav (Madhuri Dixit) returns to her hometown Shamli from New York to meet her ailing guru (Darshan Jariwala). On reaching she finds out about the death of her guru and adding to her distress, she is informed about the Government’s decision to pull down Ajanta Theatre, the place where she was taught to live, love and dance. To fulfill her guru’s last wish Dia takes it upon herself to save the monument from destruction and bringing back to life the art of music and dance. With the help of her Guru’s friend Doctor (Raghubir Yadav), Dia takes up the challenge of putting together a show in two months time casting the people of Shamli. Winning the hearts of the people of Shamli town, overcoming the offenses of politicians and a powerful contractor, finding her member cast and producing a theatrical show is not an easy task. How and will she succeed in saving Ajanta from demolition? This forms the rest of the story.
